Then Rush Limbaugh goes on to say Jay-Z made "A communist dictatorship look like a paradise" The media got Jay-Z fired up, so he spent an all nighter in the studio cooking the ingredients to "Open Letter" The beat is sick but what do you expect with Tim and Swizz on the track and Jay's lines are memorable.
